These services are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Everything you share with a counselor or other EAP representative is confidential.
Well-being articles, podcasts and monthly online seminars are also available to members on topics such as stress management, self-care and caregiving. You can access these on demand at www.anthemeap.com.
To take advantage of your EAP benefits, visit www.anthemeap.com and enter your company code MUST Trust, or call (800) 999-7222.
EAP counselor availability
When a MUST Trust member contacts Anthem EAP for counseling, you will be provided a personalized list of EAP providers to choose from. You should expect to hear back from the therapists within 24 - 48 business hours.
If you experience difficulty in locating a therapist or do not receive a call back, please contact Anthem EAP again and they will be happy to help find availability.
Transition from EAP to insurance
The EAP counseling benefit is available on a “per-issue” basis, so members can access their six EAP sessions multiple times per year for separate issues. MUST Trust members have additional options and resources if they exhaust their six visits for a particular issue, as EAP referral lists are cross- referenced with Anthem insurance listings when applicable.
If you would like to continue services beyond your EAP benefit, it is your responsibility to confirm that the therapist continues to accept your health insurance.
